Cilantro Lime Rice
This rice is a perfect side to seafood or mexican food dishes!
Servings: 4 Servings
- 1½ cups rice (can use brown or white rice)
- 1 TB butter
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 TB fresh lime juice
- ½ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- Cook rice according to package directions, adding butter to water prior to boiling. When done, stir in lime zest, lime juice, and chopped cilantro into the cooked rice just before serving.
