
Fresh Garden Salsa
This salsa is surprisingly easy and tastes just like restaurant salsa

Ingredients
- 2-3 tsp fresh jalapeno, chopped (can use canned jalapenos too)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 28 oz canned whole or diced tomatoes, no salt added (can use fresh tomatoes too!)
- 6 each green onion bulbs (only the white parts)
- 4-6 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
Instructions
- Add the tomato juice from the canned tomatoes into the blender first. Save the tomatoes. Add garlic and jalapeƱos. Blend ~30 seconds – 1 minute. Add salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Pulse in blender ~6-7 times.
