Ingredients
- ½ small apple, cut into bite size pieces
- ½ cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup water or milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp chia seeds, optional
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed, optional
- 1 tsp brown sugar, optional
Instructions
- Cook oats and water or milk according to package instructions. Top oatmeal with apple, cinnamon, peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, pecans, ground flax seed, chia seeds, and brown sugar (if using). Enjoy!
