
Tropical Tutti Frutti Smoothie Bowl
A delicious, tropical inspired smoothie!
Servings: 3 servings
Calories: 163kcal
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 5-6 oz plain, vanilla, or coconut yogurt (low added sugar)
- 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries (no added sugar)
- 1 tsp lime zest
- ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- ½ medium banana
Toppings for Smoothie Bowl (optional)
- 1 cup low added sugar whole grain granola
- 4 tbsp seed blend (chia, sunflower, etc.)
- 4-6 tbsp ground flax seed powder, as desired
- 2½-3 medium bananas, sliced (or other fresh fruit as desired)
Instructions
- Place milk, yogurt, and lime juice in blender. Add in frozen strawberries, orange, ½ banana, lime zest, and orange zest. Blend until smoothie is mixed and smooth. Place smoothies into a bowl and add the rest of the banana, granola, seeds, and ground flax seed on top, as desired.
