Fresh Garden Salsa

This salsa is surprisingly easy and tastes just like restaurant salsa

  • 2-3 tsp fresh jalapeno, chopped (can use canned jalapenos too)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 28 oz canned whole or diced tomatoes, no salt added (can use fresh tomatoes too!)
  • 6 each green onion bulbs (only the white parts)
  • 4-6 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper


  • Add the tomato juice from the canned tomatoes into the blender first. Save the tomatoes. Add garlic and jalapeƱos. Blend ~30 seconds - 1 minute. Add salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Pulse in blender ~6-7 times.
